Service Availability

Innova Cabs provides cab services subject to availability. We strive to ensure timely pickups and drop-offs but are not liable for delays caused by factors beyond our control, such as traffic, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances.

Cancellations and Refunds

  • Cancellations must be made at least 2 hours prior to the scheduled ride to avoid cancellation charges.
  • Refunds for prepaid bookings will be processed within 7 working days, subject to our cancellation policy.

Passenger Responsibilities

  • Passengers are responsible for their belongings during the ride. Innova Cabs is not liable for any loss or damage to personal property.
  • Any misconduct or inappropriate behavior by passengers may result in termination of the ride without a refund.

Payment Terms

  1. Payment can be made via cash, digital wallets, or other accepted payment methods.
  2. Any additional charges (such as tolls or parking) are the passenger’s responsibility unless otherwise specified.
